3D Stereo Imaging
3D imaging is a phase modulation profilometry (PMP) technique based on the
sinusoidal motion projection of a structured grating. The discrete phase shift is used to obtain multiple light field images of the illuminated object,
and then the phase distribution is calculated based on the multi-step phase shift method. Finally, triangulation and other methods are used
to obtain high-precision object contour and volume measurement results.

Fast programming
Rapid programming supports Gerber files in RS274-D and RS274-X formats and
CAD files in dxf format. After importing the files, the pad information is automatically created.
You only need to set the detection parameters to complete the programming.
Comprehensive and detailed SPC analysis system
SPC statistical analysis uses statistical methods to control the process at each stage of the process, and promotes the improvement of the previous process through the analysis and feedback of the test information to prevent defects. The operator can intuitively view the comprehensive statistics of the test information through pie charts or bar charts.
The statistical information can be exported in Html, Excel or Image formats.
High-definition, high-speed camera
Ultra-high frame rate industrial cameras combined with industrial lenses can achieve extremely high shooting speeds; the independently developed

Digital Grating System
The software control of the structured grating movement is realized, avoiding the mechanical device required for the traditional piezoelectric ceramic motor (PZT) to drive the glass moiré grating, reducing mechanical wear and customer maintenance costs. The
advanced phase profile modulation measurement technology (PMP) is used, and the grayscale resolution of 8 bits reaches 0.37 microns. Compared with the laser measurement accuracy, it is 2 orders of magnitude higher, greatly improving the detection capability and application range of the equipment.
